Oval resonators comprising gr304 stainless steel barrel and end caps, barrel is tig seam welded, end caps are seam welded construction for strength and trouble free use. The internal perforated tube is stainless steel, wrapped around the perforated tube is stainless steel wool in blanket form, the body of the resonator is then filled with high density, high temperature, acoustic material, to help create a deep note in the exhaust system it is used on. Round resonators comprise of 4" diameter gr304 stainless steel tube swaged down each end and welded to the internal perforated tube, wrapped around the perforated tube is stainless steel wool in blanket form. to help create a deep note in the exhaust system it is used on. Of course in some applications these resonators can be used as primary muffler.
