Stainless Steel Rear Sports Mufflers
Comprising gr304 stainless steel barrel and end caps, barrel is tig seam welded, end caps are lap joint then welded construction for strength and trouble free use. The internal perforated tube is stainless steel, and is flared at the outlet giving the appearance of a larger exit diameter. Wrapped around the perforated tube is stainless steel wool in blanket form, the body of the muffler is then filled with high density, high temperature, acoustic material, to create a deep note without the usual tinny sound of some stainless steel mufflers. The tip is attached by stainless steel rivets. There are cheaper ways to construct a muffler but we won't do it.
