FULL EXHAUST SYSTEM - MAZDA MX-5 / MIATA

This system utilises the original flange postions. This photo illustrates our system bolts to the car's original headers. Due to the factory header pipes being quite good and difficult to improve upon, we have opted to remove the final part of the extractors and replace it with dyno proven 1;3/4" set of secondaries. However we are developing a set of header pipe to replace the original ones.

The collector on this high flow catalytic converter are 2 x 1;3/4" tubes that cut and blended together to create the ultimate merge collector.

The mid pipe for this system is 2;1/4" diameter, comes with resonator, construction is all 304 stainless steel, minimal bend angles ensure good exhaust gas flow, all hanging brackets utilize original mounting positions.

Rear muffler can bolt directly to the original exhaust or to our mid pipe section, all 304 stainless construction, highly polished, creates a deep sporty note to compliment the Miata. Developed and proven on our inhouse dyno.

AIR BOX - MAZDA MX-5 / MIATA/ SE

(suits NB, NC models, also available for SE and Mazdaspeed Miata )

This cold air box was specifically designed to fit in the front LH side of the front apprin and collect air from the front of the vehicle, it has a twin cone filter mounted centrally in the box. The air leads to the mass air flow meter through the up pipe , the box is available in plastic or carbon fibre, the up pipe is available in cast aluminium or carbon fibre.
