We manufacture using gr304 stainless steel tube and flanges, tube diameter is 3" C.N.C. mandrel bent, all flanges tig welded. This system was developed after countless hours on our inhouse dyno, flow bench and road testing, it's hard to see how to make a better exhaust for the S15 and S14.

HEADER PIPE - NISSAN SILVIA S15 and S14

Through R&D we found that bend radius and angles was a critical part of design for the S15. We tried a twin tube header but found that by using a single tube design we could achieve the same horsepower figures, but the single tube design allowed the torque to come in almost 1000rmp earlier so this design was chosen. The pipe bolts directly to the turbo face, the flange is machined to ensure leak free fitment and correct positioning for the rest of the system, stainless steel heat shields were added to the pipe in two places, one shield required to keep heat away from the air conditioning drain pipe as well as keep heat away from fire wall, the other to help reduce heat radiating through the floor into the cabin.

METALLIC SUBSTATE CONVERTER - NISSAN SILVIA S15 and S14

Metallic substrate converters give an exceptionally high flow rate for their size compared to a traditional ceramic core converter, for example on the S15 the back pressure in the header pipe with a ceramic core is around 4psi with the 100 cell metallic substrate converter the back pressure in the pipe was down to 0.5psi. Resulting in an increase of boost to the engine of 3psi and an increase of 10kw. There is another O2 port ,for a lambda gauge, for tuning the vehicle, the lead in and lead out tubes are all stainless steel as well as the flanges. see universal converters for details

HIGH FLOW CAT CONVERTER - NISSAN SILVIA S15 and S14

Ceramic core high flow converter, from our tests on our flow bench this ceramic converter was chosen to be used as it was equal to the best as far as flow rate, it's construction was sound and visually looked good, there is another O2 port for a lambda gauge for tuning the vehicle the lead in and lead out tubes are all stainless as well as the flanges. see universal converters for details

MID PIPE - NISSAN SILVIA S15 and S14 

The mid pipe is 3" dia, and incorporates a resonator muffler, which holds the noise level down, helps give the system a deep note, and stops resonance noise to the vehicles cabin. All from gr304 construction including the flanges, hangers have turned fittings to accurately locate on the original hanging rubbers. No weld joins in bent pipe work.

OVAL REAR MUFFLER - NISSAN SILVIA S15 and S14

This rear muffler is an oval type manufactures from gr304 stainless steel, it is a 3" free flow design with the centre tube having a slight bend in it, the tip is stainless steel duel skin, and is for the person requiring a more conservative look but without compromising on performance, all hanging brackets have machined ferrules to locate perfectly in the original hanging rubbers.

TITANIUM TIP REAR MUFFLER - NISSAN SILVIA S15 and S14

This muffler is a round sports muffler manufactured from gr304 stainless steel highly polished the picture shown has been fitted with a titanium tip, (stainless steel tip is also available), the 3" pipe work which leads to the muffle is mandrel bent with no weld joins. all hanger brackets have machined ferrules to locate perfectly in the original hanging rubbers.

COLD AIR INTAKE SYSTEM (optional extra) - NISSAN SILVIA S15 

The use of a high quality twin pod air filter adds about 8kw to the vehicles performance, the mounting bracket shown, bolts directly to existing studs on the vehicle and is drilled and tapped to allow the mass air flow meter to bolt directly to it.
