We manufacture using gr304 stainless steel tube and flanges, all tube is 3' diameter CNC mandrel bent for perfect flow and fitment, this system was developed to unlock the hidden power of the Astra turbo and to give a smooth delivery of power through out the rev range.

FRONT SECTION - HOLDEN ASTRA TURBO  

The front section is for those who have already purchased a cat back system, the front section bolts up in the same location as the original system . The dump pipe clamps directly to the turbo it has an extra support bracket attached which bolts to the block of the engine. Between the dump pipe and the converter pipe there is our flexible gasket joint (no braided flex joint).

CAT BACK - HOLDEN ASTRA TURBO  

Cat back system is manufactured from gr304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel bent tubing which gives a good laminar flow and ensures a perfect fit. The mid pipe has a resonator, the rear muffler comes with a choice of Titanium tip or Stainless steel tip. This cat back system is to be used and comes with the cat back adapter , the adapter allows the fitment of this 3" system to the original 54mm diameter exhaust.

HEADER PIPE - HOLDEN ASTRA TURBO   

The header pipe was the most critical to the increase in power and to smooth out the way the power was delivered, it has a machined flange for it to clamp directly to the turbo, the dump pipe also has a mounting bracket for attachment to the engine block, the pipe is all gr304 stainless steel and CNC mandrel bent.

HIGH FLOW CAT PIPE - HOLDEN ASTRA TURBO  

There is two types of cat pipes offered, the one shown in the picture is a high flow ceramic core converter, the other option is a metallic substrate converter for when you are chasing every bit of horsepower you can get, with both options the pipe work and flanges are all gr304 stainless steel. see universal converters for details

CAT BACK ADAPTER - HOLDEN ASTRA TURBO

For use on cat back system fitted to original front section. Allows for fitment of our 3" cat back system to the original 54mm diameter exhaust.

MID PIPE - HOLDEN ASTRA TURBO   

The mid pipe is constructed all from gr 304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel bent, a resonator has been added to help create a deep exhaust note, the hanger brackets are to utilise the original mountings fitted to the vehicle.

TITANIUM TIP REAR MUFFLER - HOLDEN ASTRA TURBO  

The body of the rear muffler is constructed using gr304 stainless steel, the internals are wrapped with stainless steel wool in blanket form then a high temperature acoustic material is packed tight, creating a deep exhaust note, it is available with a titanium tip as shown or with a polished stainless steel tip (please specify when ordering).

COLD AIR INTAKE SYSTEM - HOLDEN ASTRA TURBO

The mounting bracket uses the original air box attachments the bracket has welded to it a adapter tube to accept the twin cone filter and attach to the original air intake pipe.
