Manufactured using gr304 stainless steel tube, C.N.C mandrel bent, all flanges are laser cut. The system 's origin is that it was produced under direction from a well - known driver, as well as countless hours on a dynomometer, flow bench, road and track testing. We have subsequently made significant improvements to the system so that it produces horsepower, with a deep unmistakable (street legal) exhaust note, and can offer our unique "limited lifetime warrantee"

EXTRACTOR/HEADER PIPE - FORD BA V8/XR8/GT FALCON SEDAN/UTE

Pipe work from 1; ¾ diameter, 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent with no joints in tubes, the pipe work it bent and formed to create a true merged collector, merged collectors are used by formula 1 constructers and alike when true horsepower gains are there ultimate objective. Also there is no need to lift the engine when lifting, like you have to do with a lot of others.

CAT CONVERTER - FORD BA V8/XR8/GT FALCON SEDAN/UTE

These high flow catalytic converters have a greater rate of flow than the original production type converters and as such are instrumental in releasing the horsepower from the otherwise chocked engine. see universal converters for details.

CROSSOVER - FORD BA V8/XR8/GT FALCON SEDAN/UTE

The design of the crossover pipe comes directly from what has been proven to be the best design for producing horsepower in the leading categories of V8 motor sport, tube is 2;1/2" diameter, and is from 304 stainless steel.

The mid section, uses 2;1/2", 304 stainless tube, running through a 304 stainless, twin pipe straight through muffler, hanger brackets and flanges are to match the original positions.

MID SECTION - FORD BA V8/XR8 FALCON UTE 

This mid section was specially produced to stop resonance from entering the cab of the ute. It comprises of 2;1/2" tubes leading into 2x6" dia 304 stainless steel mufflers, flange positions and hanger brackets are still as per original position.

REAR MUFFLER - FORD BA V8/XR8/GT FALCON SEDAN

The rear muffler, uses 2;1/2" diameter, 304 stainless steel, running through a twin pipe straight through muffler, hanger brackets and flanges are to match the original positions, the tips are a dual wall stainless tip so as to minimize any heat discoloration.
