We manufacture using gr304 stainless steel tube and flanges, tube diameter is 3", C.N.C mandrel bent, all flanges are laser cut then tig welded. This system was developed after countless hours, the large diameter header pipe we developed mounts up to either the original cast dump pipe, or to our high flow cast dump pipe, we supply a larger gasket to create a flexible joint at this point. our unique large diameter mounting flange bolts to either cast dump pipe, the system utilises the original catalytic converter ( as the standard has a very high flow capacity) minimal bend angles ensure a good gas flow producing good HP with a deep exhaust note.

CAST DUMP PIPE-Mitsubishi Evo

Our unique high flow cast dump pipe gives a 44% increase in cross sectional area over original and was developed after countless hours of research and development and discussions with various people in the performance industry , it accepts the original heat shields and O2 senser, it accept our 3" header pipe and allows for spring loaded mounting as per original.

HEADER PIPE - MITSUBISHI EVO

Our unique header pipe bolts directly to the original cast dump pipe, or to our cast dump pipe and has a 3" diameter entry, the shape and design still allows for the header pipe to be spring tensioned (as per original) so that engine and exhaust can move independently of each other thus preventing fatigue. It bolts directly to the original cat and mounting rubbers, there is no need for spacers under the cross members.

METALLIC SUBSTATE CONVERTER - MITSUBISHI EVO

Designed for the serious performance upgrade, strongly recommended for vehicles where over 200kw are trying to be achieved. It is all 304 stainless steel construction, polished. see universal converters for details

This tube replaces the original catalytic converter for straight through race only applications.

MID PIPE - MITSUBISHI EVO  

This pipe is constructed of 304 stainless steel is made to bolt directly to the original catalytic converter, it comprises of a resonator muffler which is 3" diameter straight through, to help create a deep smooth exhaust note.

REAR MUFFLER - MITSUBISHI EVO

The pipe work leading to the muffler, and the perforated tube of the muffler is 3" diameter stainless steel, minimal bend angles ensure a good flow of the exhaust gases, the muffler body is polished 304 stainless steel with a 4 1/2" titanium tip fitted.
